He runs the label Haus of Altr & also makes ambient music under the name Gallery S.Wyatt Stevens is at the forefront of a young Brooklyn scene that’s taking the dance music world by storm. Alongside friends and collaborators such as AceMo, Kush Jones, and DJ Swisha, he’s created a genre-agnostic movement that celebrates all facets of Black electronic music, from old-school Detroit techno to the early days of jungle, drum & bass and more modern strains of American dance music. His HAUS Of ALTR label has become a hub for this community, releasing his own material as well as his critically acclaimed AceMoMA project with AceMo, and three massive compilations that define this new generation of producers. MoMA Ready makes dance music intuitively and without orthodoxy, where techno can suddenly morph into drum & bass and back again. Very J:Very J is the esteemed NYC digger, DJ, and owner of the Duty Free Records, New York’s first mobile Record Shop,. A1 Records Alum, Turntable Lab NYC Alum. NYC via Philly via Virginia. This month’s JET at Dolphin Tavern features some incredible talent. Join Gina Turner, Gvantsky, and Rainbow Savage on Thursday April 11th from 9pm to 2am! JET is a monthly event curated and hosted by Gina Turner. Gina Turner is a genre-fluid musician known for her eclectic tastes in music, ranging from tech house to drum and bass. She has collaborations in the works with artists like Benga, Getcosy, Steve Darko, and Mija. She will also be releasing a song each month starting April 2024. Gina blends yoga and music seamlessly, offering unique experiences worldwide at festivals like Ultra, EDC and more. Co-founder of The Divine Movement, she leads yoga immersions globally, balancing her practice with Restorative Yoga. She embodies a message of inclusion, guiding others to embrace all aspects of life. That message rings true in her DJ sets and her original productions as they range multiple genres and “include it all” Gvantsky originally from Tbilisi Georgia, now a Philadelphia resident since 2017. Growing up in the underground scene of Tbilisi and Philly exposed her to a quality music from a young age. Her sound covers from deep house ,house to minimal , electro and techno, often bringing it all together with her own touch . Like his namesake, Rainbow Savage likes to fill his sets with music from all over the EDM spectrum, taking the listeners on a journey and keeping them on their toes throughout. After a couple years of attending raves and festivals as a fan, he and his friends started hosting their own pop up shows around the Philadelphia area, providing a platform for local aspiring DJs to showcase their favorite music, and inspiring him to get behind the decks himself.
