PAMPLEMOUSSE
November’s Pamplemousse Party 🍊 once again falls on the Saturday of Thxgvng weekend and it’s consistently proven to be a proper doozie of an evening 😵. For this long weekend special occasion event, we’ve got not one Philly legend, but two powerhouse DJs going back-to-back for a 3 hour affair – Jacob Herschel & Sean Thomas. If you’ve been out and about in nightlife in our beautiful city of brotherly love & sisterly affection for a while, you’re likely familiar with these gents. But for those of you who aren’t, Jacob Herschel is a longtime Philly staple (now by way of New England) and he’s revered for his eclectic collection of dance music, diligence in hosting some of the most kickass parties, and just all around pleasant demeanor. & Sean Thomas has been out and about in Philadelphia for over 20 years and has garnered himself a reputation as a true selector in the local underground dance music community through his Drumsong Soundsystems party series and through his dj sets with nearly every reputable crew in the city. This will be a treat of a night and we’re looking forward to another intimate evening of high quality house music and dance with some heavy hitter DJs ⚾. & of course, your friendly neighborhood Pamplemousse hosts, Maggs Bruchez, will be warming up the space and bringing support in the form of deep & dubby hypnotic dancefloor groovers on the early tip. 🎫 grab early bird 🐣 tickets to save a few bucks on the cover 📅 Saturday, November 29th, 2025 • 9pm-2am 📍 At the Dolphin Tavern at 1539 S Broad St *** featuring the sounds of *** Jacob Herschel Symposium Records • Providence, RI https://soundcloud.com/jacob-herschel Sean Thomas Signal Cento Radio & Sound Between Movement Recordings https://soundcloud.com/sean-thomas with support from Maggs Bruchez of Pamplemousse www.soundcloud.com/maggsbruchez www.embymusic.com/maggsbruchez Intimate space. GOODIE #142 w/ Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy, also known as Daniel Fisher, is a Queens-based, New Jersey-born producer, DJ, and founder of Allergy Season label. Over the past 15 years, Fisher has cultivated a devoted following with his eclectic approach to club music, ranging from bongo-infused techno to breakbeat experimentation. Starting out in New York City dive bars, he made his mark in Brooklyn’s warehouse scene before relocating to Berlin in 2013. There, he developed his distinctive interpretation of dance music, drawing on influences from the vibrant energy of the 90s rather than Berlin’s typical techno austerity. Fisher’s DJ career includes regular appearances at Berghain and Panorama Bar, while back in New York, he hosts Allergy Season parties and holds a residency at Nowadays. With over 35 releases on labels like Hippos in Tanks and under aliases such as Car Culture and Fatherhood (with Michael Magnan), Fisher’s tracks are known for their dance floor appeal and playful spirit, unified by his irreverent sense of humor.
Goodie w/ Pete Moss

goodie rings in 2023 with one of our favorite producers & DJ’s that Philadelphia has to offer. With releases on Ovum, Worship & Candy Talk Records, Pete’s undeniable production sound permeates eloquently into his DJ sets. A true DJ’s Dj. Support by Philadelphian Jay Hill who has been making waves with her productions on Superfreq & King Street Sounds the last few years. Both Jay & Pete are no stranger to goodie but it’s been a few years. Help us welcome them both back to kick off 2023 properly at The Dolphin!
GOODIE #143
Goodie creators and residents Rob Paine & Francisco Collazo headline their 12-year-running underground dance soiree. They are two of Philly’s local dance-music icons, helping bridge the gap from the ’90s to the present. They’ll be doing a special set, breaking out their dusty ol’ vinyl for this event! Bring your notepad for a night of education on timeless tunes they’ve cherished for ages. Joining Rob & Francisco is local Philly DJ/producer Mr. Frog Dog aka Slacks! He’ll be warming up the floor with some delicious, top-notch tunes!
Goodie w/ Mark Farina
goodie no. 124 features one of America’s most treasured djs, Mark Farina! The Chicago born, and bred pioneer of jack brings his immense talent, and storied career to the dolphin for a masterclass! Mark has been touring since 1989, he’s a pure artist, and has a tenacious & infectious style that has stood the test of time! He’s continued to stay true to himself, and the underground, and has consistently displayed a deep passion, and skill set that few others can compare to. This is going to be one of the funkiest nights goodie has ever known! Rob Paine & Francisco Collazo will be setting the mood with the early warm!
GOODIE #145
After a super fun summer of exciting events at The Dolphin, we kick off the new season by welcoming Florida-grown DJ/producer Taylor Shockley. With over 14 years of experience DJing and working behind the scenes at events, Taylor draws inspiration from nature, futurism, technology, and the human psyche. His sets aim to evoke visions of biosynthetic fantasy, tinged with psychedelia. Now living in Philadelphia once again, Taylor is a resident at Public Records in Brooklyn, the collective Vyōō in Boston, and runs his own event series, Biome, which has hosted the likes of Jane Fitz, Carl H, and 98dots. Opening duties will be performed by hometown hero yōsuke DJ, taking you on a 3-hour journey.
